AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") establish a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and eSoftware Store, operating as eSoftware Store ("eSoftware Store," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to, use of, and purchases made on the eSoftware Store website (the "Site").
Supplemental policies referred to and linked below are expressly incorporated into the Terms as a whole.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. Changes will be communicated by updating the "Updated" date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each change. Please ensure that you check the Terms each time you use our Site to understand the applicable terms.

SCOPE OF SUPPORT
eSoftware Store offers email and WhatsApp support for every paid order via the Site. Support is limited to the use of the purchased product. For CD keys, support is limited to the redemption of the CD key itself. Any issues related to installation or usage of software are the responsibility of the software developer, not eSoftware Store. For digital file downloads, support is limited to the successful download and extraction of the digital file to your device.
USER ACCOUNTS
You are required to register an account with the Site to use our services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means; (6) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. eSoftware Store and yourself consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong to resolve any disputes.
