RETURNS

Customers have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to report any issues with redeeming a CD key or accessing a pre-loaded account. Upon reporting an issue, we commit to providing troubleshooting guidance within 24 hours. If the issue persists despite troubleshooting efforts, we will promptly offer a replacement CD key/pre-loaded account or a full refund. Any concerns raised after the initial 30-day period will be considered accepted. Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for products incompatible with your device's hardware and software. We strongly recommend checking product compatibility and thoroughly reading product descriptions before making a purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders for CD keys can be canceled within 14 days of purchase if the CD key remains unredeemed. Unfortunately, orders for pre-loaded accounts are non-cancellable after delivery, as the account details are exposed to the customer. Cancellations are subject to a minimal charge of (3.4%) + $0.30, deducted from the refund to cover our processing costs.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued by us within 24 hours after agreeing to a return or cancellation, you will receive an email confirming the refund from us. The refund can take up to 10 days to reflect on your card/banking statement, this is beyond our control.
